Yana & Stefano

27.02.2027 - Tepoztlán, Mexico

Please join Yana and Stefano as we celebrate our wedding in Mexico and Russia

Yana’s Story

Yana was born in the middle of Russia, moved to Germany when she was a teenager and since then never stopped travelling, learning languages and starting businesses until she found love in Mexico with her 2 boys: Stefano and the crazy Australian Shepherd Loochee.

Yana decided to stay in Mexico City forever! And she wants that everyone who comes here considers staying too, because she loves this place so much!

Stefano’s Story

Stefano was born in Mexico City and has always been competitive—whether it’s business, reading stock charts, or hitting a perfect golf swing. He’s a proud América fan, loyal Patriots supporter, and the kind of guy who says “yes” to most adventures… especially the ones that involve laughter, and a dog named Loochee.

Never one to sit still, Stefano is now ready for his biggest adventure yet: building a life full of love, purpose, and shared adventures with Yana.

Relationship

We met in Club 51 (51st floor in Reforma in Mexico City) where Yana was hired to do an Insurance Tech event. Stefano came with his father, Jorge. And… casually asked for Yana’s Instagram with a purpose of may be ‘hiring her to do an event in the future’.

That didn’t happen. But Everest, Golf tournaments, travelling, dog, love, hiking passion and many more things did.

Wedding Part 1: Mexico

Arrival

Recommended Arrival

We truly encourage you to take full advantage of everything Mexico has to offer and arrive a little earlier. We’ve thoughtfully prepared beautiful gatherings and experiences for you both before and after the wedding.

Wedding Week Plan

For those traveling in — this is not just a wedding. It’s a full experience.

You are absolutely not expected to attend everything. Join what feels right for you and enjoy the moments that resonate most.

To keep things simple, each day will have its own WhatsApp group with a separate link. Please join only the days and activities you plan to attend — it will make coordination easy and smooth for everyone.

Recommended arrival date: February 20th.

You are also very welcome to join only specific parts of the celebration — whether that’s the Bachelorette or the Friday morning Mexico City–Tepoztlán transfer to the wedding location.

Please keep in mind that Mexico City sits at 2,240 meters above sea level. Consider the altitude, air quality, cuisine, and possible jet lag when planning your arrival.

For those who would like to continue the adventure — our optional afterparty in Tulum awaits. If joining us there, we suggest scheduling your return flight no earlier than March 6th.

We cannot wait to celebrate with you!
